Killarney Athletic Notes
Under 13 Premier League
Kingdom Boys 1 Killarney Athletic 1
We played Kingdom Boys on our first away outing of the Season. The home team took the lead half way through the first half when a poor clearance was put away to put Kingdom Boys 1 up. We battled hard to get back into the game and were rewarded before half time when Michael Casey equalised. Both teams had chances to win it in the second half but the game ended in a 1-1 draw. Best for Athletic on the day were Jack Lenihan, Gavin White and Kevin Coffey.
Under 13 Division2
Killarney Athletic B 4 Listowel Celtic B 0
As the scoreline would suggest this was a comfortable win for our second team. Goals from David Hartnett, Ronan Brosnan and 2 from Michael Cronin gave Athletic a well deserved 4-0 victory.
